A Tiny House shell is finished on the outside and can have various levels of completion on the inside.

Building your own Tiny House from scratch is of course the most affordable way. Purchasing an already built Tiny House shell is the next most affordable option. It gives you the freedom of your own interior design and details. The price starts from about 25k or more depending on size and materials used.

A new Tiny House trailer makes up about 25 to 30% of the cost of the shell. It can be a custom made trailer or a regular car hauler.

There are three main levels of interior finishing:

1. open wall,

2. open wall with electrical installed,

3. electrical installed, insulation and interior siding installed
